Ever since the origins of the Asur, The young elven hunters of Chrace were often sought to be the bravest and noble of blood. Deep within the forests of Chrace, young warriors would be hand picked, and chosen to serve as the closest bodyguards to the Phoenix King of Ulthuan. As proof of bravery, and loyalty these young elves would take to the Lion infested hills of Chrace, slay an elder Lion with his bare hands and skin the pelt. Wearing the pelt upon his back, the warrior would display proof of courage and loyalty, they would often raise the cubs of the elder Lions to fight beside him and lead the White Lion Chariots of Ulthuan.
Among these chosen elves was a young hunter who's name was Kaburan sel'Kanlar, named after the Mountain eagle shrines of his people. Kaburan was a young warrior, a guardian of the eagle shrines deep within the forests of Chrace. Upon the calling of the Phoenix King, many were taken away from the protective hills and forests of northern mountains. Kaburan was summoned to the Phoenix Guard, to demonstrate his honor and skill, the young elven warrior claimed his Lion, skinned its hide and proudly bolstered it upon his back.
During his hunt, the young warrior had crossed paths with a young female Lion cub. To protect the ancient rite and the honor of the Lions, Kaburan had taken to the care of the young cub. The young cub soon took the name of Mishka in remembrance of his home, and people.
During his service to the court, Kaburan would often be seen extensively training his Lioness, and as the young lion would grow older, so would that of the skill and training of Kaburan sel'Kanlar. He skills and strength with the mighty Chracian Axe was quickly noticed, and among his peers he was quickled known as Kaburan the Lionheart.
Upon the threshold of existance and survival of the Asur people, the great warrior Kaburan had been called to battle. Word had had reached Kaburan of the great Sundering, the catacalysm of Nagarythe and the exile of Malekith. It was not long after that the battle between his forces upon the great General Eltharion. Kaburan had quickly departed in preparation for the battle against the Nagarythe. With his fellow White Lions, Kaburan led a company of Chracian White Lion Chariots. These chariots led by elder trained White Lions were the forefront and quickly became mythical war machines of the Elven people. The ferocity of the lions would break any battle line with tooth and claw, and the long heavy axes of the Chracian hunters would thin down ranks upon ranks of sworn enemies of the Asur. Since there were so few ranks of these famed Chariots, they were but a legend amongst the common people of Ulthuan.
In the great battle the forces of Eltharion were immensely crushed, crippling Lord Eltharion. . The Chariots of Mishka were soon to retreat and the coming tides of a new era were at hand. The great High Elf General was also captured, and tortured for several months before being sent back to the High Elves as a warning of the consequences to come. After recuperation, the Chariots of Mishka and the forces of Eltharion had struck against an attacking force of Malekith. During the attack on the Everqueen's gardens, Malekith was wounded in single combat with Eltharion, and quit the battlefield. Though only suffering a flesh wound, it was the first time in centuries the Witch King had been wounded in battle. Malekith had now been wary of Eltharion's renewed resolve.
With the dark tides and an Age of Reckoning at hand, Kaburan the Lionheart and his company of Chracian warriors made haste to the shores of Ulthuan, silently with steadfast resolve, the might warrior looked upon the blood tainted ocean horizon, littered by the jagged sails of the Nagarythe. Soon the once young warrior of Mishka, would lead a mighty effort against the Destructive forces of the Dark Elves, Chaos Hordes and Greenskins of the South.
